I had to think about it for a while, but I think this picture fits perfectly with the theme...
What you see here is a detail of the mechanism of a... clock. Not a small clock, but a clock from a church tower...
What do you think? Is the frame well filled? 😊
Of course, this steampunk clock required more than just a little cropping... Just think of desaturing, vignetting, selective color enhancement... but all by all, I think the result is great for such a "common" object.
