Description from Strava: Just wrapped up a peaceful 5.04km walk as the sun was setting over Rijkevorsel, soaking in the tranquility of the evening. 🌄 The route took me through the calming landscapes of our local area, where every step felt like a retreat from the day’s hustle.

Managed to keep a steady pace, clocking in over 6,000 steps and burning 421 calories, not bad for an hour of moving meditation! My heart rate stayed at an average of 106 bpm, perfect for unwinding and getting some fresh air into the lungs. It’s moments like these that remind me why I lace up my walking shoes even after a long day.
