So as we grow up, our responsibilities also increases. Our family and loved ones want to see us happy and successful in life. In pursuit of this goal, our parents do their best to educate us and encourage us to get good jobs. However, getting a good job in India is not that easy, especially for the middle class. While a government job is the most desirable job option, thats why the competition is incredibly fierce. Every middle class child is becoming a part of this race, every year lakhs and crores of applications are filled to get selected in some selected posts. And in this search of government job these applicants work very hard and finally after so much hard work, If any one is fortunate enough to clear the exam, the issue of corruption is always there. Unfortunately, corruption is still deeply entrenched in many areas of the country, and it can be frustrating to find that your hard work may not pay off in the way you'd hoped.
Personally, I do not believe that a government job is the best option for everyone. There are countless ways to make money and build a successful career. You can become an engineer, an entrepreneur, a content creator, an influencer, a full time businessman and many more. However, the real problem lies in our lack of knowledge, especially those of us who come from rural areas.
Many people do not know which course or degree will lead to better job opportunities. Also, there are many entrance exams for different fields, and many children are unaware of their options. For example, I say my point, when I came from village to city to study, I understood what things are. Till then I did not know what to do next, in which field to go, in which course to do job. And I was totally clueless about the entrance exam as there were neither high resources of knowledge in the village nor anyone to guide then. Due to lack of knowledge and without any proper guidance, many people are forced to leave their homes and families in search of jobs.
It is important that we take steps to address this lack of knowledge and provide better guidance to our youth. Education is essential, but we also need to ensure that our children are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully navigate the job market. Parents and teachers alike should take this responsibility and provide help to our future generations.
