Chinenye thought about Johnson statement all day, and also her family have told her to get married again, but she refused, her neighbors and colleagues have mocked her and advised her to move on, but she has so much hope that her husband will come back for her.

Nedu made a promise to Chinenye, to come back to Nigeria and relocate with her and Emeka their son, and Chinenye haven't forgotten this promise for 10 years, she's so optimistic that Nedu will come regardless of the years and time that has past.
That evening after work, Emeka has close from school, Chinenye went to pick him up at her sisters house and they headed home together.
