There was a lady name Temi. She was born in a very rich family and at the age of 29, Temi became a director and art director of an entire theater in the City. It look like everything in her life was arranged to the very little detail except one thing.

The girl was very lonely because of her tight work programmes, duties, and business trips. She was never got the chance to find the man of her dreams and when all of her companions had already been married for a long time and had children, Temi experienced long cold evenings alone. Of course, men only notice to the young lady but maybe she hadn't met the right man yet. At the age of 29, she was planning that was her birthday and It was to take place in a week's time, but for some reason she wasn't happy because she felt lonely. To forget about her sorrows, and sad thoughts, she choose to plan a small vacation for herself. Once after a occupy day, Temi was sitting on a bench waiting for her companions with whom she arranged to spend the rest of the evening. She would watch couples passed by holding hands, hugging, seemingly in love. Temi seeing them couples, somewhere deep inside her heart, she was tormented with envy.

She was very bored because she had there was no one to her company, and share good and bad moments. At that moment, Temi made a wish. After all, it would be her birthday in a week time. We never can tell maybe her wish could come true.

It was a marvellous moment, until a homeless man spoiled it when she saw him approaching her bench. Usually, upon seeing such individuals, Temi draw back or ran away from them, so she was very concern and afraid of the homeless man who was coming to towards her. With every step the homeless man took as he trod towards her, Temi appeared to freeze. She couldn't move an inch. She just sat there observing what was about to happen.

Even though his entire face was almost covered with a beard, the seems to be a young man, probably in his thirties. The homeless man was dirty and smelled of alcohol, which Temi could smell from far away.

As the man came closer to her, he asked what time it was, despite of the fact that there was a giant clock just opposite the bench. Temi looked at him in confusion, and instantly answered “quarter pass four”.

Temi never made such connections. Moreover, she often time stayed away from street beggars and homeless folks, but this moment, she could not explain it. The man's confidence was most striking, in the light of the fact that there was such a social difference between them and yet, he wasn't at all ashamed and continued the conversation.

Since there was enough time while Temi was waiting for her dear friend, she didn't drive the homeless man away, but chose to converse with him a little bit. Temi felt very comfortable talking to him. As they conversed, the homeless man understood her perfectly, and she couldn't help looking into his clear, brown eyes. It was weird. The homeless man was also staring at the pretty girl. They talked for more than 10 minutes when Temi's friend arrived.

Before the man left, he jokingly made an appointment with her at the same place after five days. The man was very confident. Of course, Temi didn't plan to come on the appointed day, and most likely the homeless man would also forget about it the appointment, but the following week she couldn't help thinking about the homeless man.

On the appointed day, Temi decided to just pass close by at that same place to see from afar, whether the homeless man would come to the bench, and surprisingly to her, he was already seated there and waiting for Temi.

Their next meeting was interest was as the first one, and they discussed a lot about life and got to know each other better. This time, the homeless man had even shaved his beard and cleaned a little bit although his nails were still dirty. The homeless man, said her that he had once travelled to Europe, but things hadn't worked out as thought, and so when he ran out of cash, he became homeless and began drinking heavily.

At the end of the evening, Emmy said that she was going back to her place the next day and did not know if she ever see him again. Since she was polite, Temi left him her phone number as she for her place. Temi never stopped thinking about the homeless man, and memories of a holiday romance in the park.

On the day when Temi turned 30, the phone rang. She grudgingly picked up the phone and was just expecting to hear another birthday congratulation, but instead, she heard a voice familiar with the homeless man. She was very surprised.

Temi expected to hear congratulations but was surprised when the homeless man said that he wanted to go visit her. Bewildered, Temi found out that the man was calling from near her house.

Temi asked the homeless man how he had come and the man answered that he had arrived by train. The man settled at Temi's house as he began seeking for a job right away.

Since their second meeting back at the park, the homeless man had completely stopped taking alcohol and in a month, had changed so much that no one could see a homeless fellow in him. The handsome man who stood in front of Temi didn't look like the man who had been a drunk, homeless man in the park. In two years, Temi and the man got married.
