Bunmi was a young and lively girl. She had lost her mum at the age of Eight and lived with her Daddy and her two siblings. Bunmi loved a guy name Fred whose house was not far from her house. Fred cared for her and treated her Bunmi's younger sisters as his own sisters. When Bunmi finished her degree program, she got a job. Fred and Bunmi thought it was to settle down, so decided to get married.
Fred came with his parents to ask for her father's permission so that they could get married. Bunmi's father did not concur with this relationship. He felt that there was no hurry for Bunmi to get married and he also felt that Bunmi could get a better relationship once she move up in her career. Bunmi tried all mean to convince her parents for this relationship as she loved Fred seriously but he did not listen to her. Bunmi did not want her siblings to be affected by the disagreement between her and her parents so she listened to her father and didn't go against his wishes. Fred's parents on the other hand were pressing Fred for marriage as Bunmi's father was against their marriage and they wanted their son to marry a nice girl.
Finally, after spending two years trying to convince Bunmi's father, Bunmi and Fred were successful and they finally got married. After marriage, Fred became a loving and doting husband. He also cared for Bunmi's family as well. Fred and Bunmi had two children and it looked like a perfect life when something transformed their life completely.
Bunmi was diagnosed with a very weird but deadly disease. Fred tried his possible best to provide treatment to his wife but it was of no use. Bunmi eventually died of that disease. He was devastated and he managed to pull himself together because of his children.
Fred sibling him handling everything alone asked him to begin his life afresh and they asked him to get married again and move on with his life. He promised his siblings that he would move with his life. He sent his children to one of the best schools in the city and asked Bunmi's sisters who were now married to keep in touch with them. Fred had fulfilled the promise he had made to his brother and sister of moving on with his life.
