Having a baby boy has always been the dream of Mr and Mrs Richard because their house is filled with three beautiful baby girls without a boy. Their little girls are also hoping that someday, they will have a baby brother who they can always carry and sing for.
After a year and half of trial, they finally gave birth to a bouncing baby boy.
You all need to see how handsome this boy is. The handsome boy was named “Jason”.
Jason looked so charming that everyone who sees him will always want to carry him or even get him gifts. Mr and Mrs Richard made sure that he was well taken care of so that he can maintain his handsomeness.

The more Jason grew up, the more his parents noticed some of his behaviors especially when he got to the age of three and this behavior continued to take over him.
Jason was so energetic right from babyhood and it made his parents feel relieved that their boy is strong and healthy. This energy was becoming too much and he used it in the negative way and while growing, he was getting stronger. He grabs things from his parents, he could keep playing and scattering the house without getting tired, he may choose to jump on the staircase and do all other things that will drain his energy but instead of getting tired, he keeps getting stronger.
One time, Mrs Richard’s little sister, Aunty Jessica came to say hi to the family and spent two days with them. Just spending a hour in that house, she knew how stubborn Jason was and she decided to advise his mum.
“Mrs Richard, don’t you feel Jason is too energetic? Won’t you take him to the hospital so you can know if there is anything wrong with him? Also, he acts funny at at times so you should take him to the hospital,” said by Aunty Jessica.
“Jessica, don’t mind Jason. You know he’s the only boy and he’s being freaked by that. He’s just being naughty and stubborn but I’m trying to talk to him,” Mrs Richard responded even though Aunty Jessica doesn’t sound convinced.
In the Richard’s family, they feel Jason is just being stubborn and anyone who advises them about him, they alway explain to the person that he’s just stubborn because he’s the only son and if they ever want to scold him, they try to pet him like a baby thinking he would listen. Everyone keeps getting tired of him and almost everyone in the estate knows the three year old boy, Jason, to be a very stubborn boy and plays very rough. Other parents always make sure that their child has nothing to do with Jason, the stubborn boy so he won’t influence their kids too.
One afternoon, Jason’s mum was taking him on a walk. She held his right hand so he doesn’t begin to jump on the road as usual but suddenly, he ran to the front to kick a man walking peacefully on his own.
Mrs Richard felt embarrassed and wanted to spank him but the man told her not to do that. He’s a therapist so he knew that there was something wrong with the young boy immediately he saw his reaction after he hit him.
“Hello madam, I’m Mr Lawson. Firstly, I do not want you to beat this young boy because all the behavior he portrays is not his fault. I’m a therapist and I’d try to come check this boy if you do not mind. I’ve seen him countless times in the estate and I heard a few things about him. I’d love to handle him if you can let me do that, I’d be glad,” said by Mr Lawson.
“There is no problem about it but I only believe that he’s being stubborn but if you say so, I’d let you do,” Mrs Richard responded and thy saw Mr Lawson at their doorstep as promised.
He spent a few hours in their house looking at how Jason behaves and on the next day, they went to the hospital and ran some tests for him. On the long run, it was discovered that Jason was suffering from ADHD which means Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder. Since then, Mr Lawson has been his therapist and truly, he was getting better. Mr Lawson handled him for the first year and the changes were obvious. A lot of kids in the estate were ready to mingle with him again.

“Now you see that Jason isn’t stubborn. It’s never good to assume especially when we are not sure of something so things are not always what they seem. I’m glad that Jason can now mingle with other kids in the estate and live a good life,” said by Mr Lawson after spending a full year with Jason and making him feel a bit better.
Jason’s parents were so proud and happy their their boy can live a normal life and realized truly that things are not always what they seem .
