Ostatnie grzybobranie w tym roku (chyba) 😉

It is almost certain that this was our last mushroom picking this year. But it is not because of the lack of mushrooms, because there are still plenty of them in the forest, but because we already have such large supplies that collecting them further, drying them, freezing them would be a sign of greed. However, a trip to the forest for a walk, or to collect other natural goods, such as red bilberries and blackthorns, is not ruled out. But it is best to do this after a few days of frost.

To raczej już pewne, że było to nasze ostatnie grzybobranie w tym roku. Ale to nie za sprawą braku grzybów, bo ich w lesie jest jeszcze sporo, tylko dlatego, że mamy już tak duże zapasy, że zbieranie dalej, suszenie, mrożenie było by objawem pazerności. Nie wykluczony jest jednak jeszcze wyjazd do lasu na spacer, ewentualnie na zbiór innych dóbr natury, czy borówki czerwonej i tarniny. Ale to najlepiej zrobić po kilkudniowych przymrozkach.

Zeszłotygodniowy wypad był na tyle obfity, że po raz trzeci w tym roku zrobiliśmy potrawę ze świeżych borowików, czyli tagliatelle.

Oprócz borowików szlachetnych pojawiły się również borowik brunatny zwany także podgrzybkiem, oraz bardzo wiele gatunków nadrzewnych. W tym nasza ulubiona opieńka miodowa, której pozyskaliśmy kilka kilogramów. Uwielbiam tego grzyba w rosole, jako dodatek do makaronu.

Znaleźliśmy również bardzo dużą ilość mleczaja rydza, oraz kilka czubajek kań, które doskonale nadają się do wegetariańskiej wersji flaczków. Mam zapasy co najmniej na trzy obiady.

Podsumowując tegoroczny sezon grzybowy, to zapasów mamy tyle, że dwie z trzech szuflad w zamrażarce, zajmują mrożone grzyby w różnej postaci. Przetworzone, tylko zblanszowane i surowe. Do tego sporą ilość suszu, na który składają się w 90% borowiki szlachetne, co jest rzadkością od bardzo wielu lat.

Ale poza wymiarem materialnym, jest jeszcze ten duchowy i relaksacyjny. Uwielbiam spacerować o lesie o każdej porze roku, a jesień jest wyjątkowa. Krajobrazy powstające w wyniku nisko zawieszonego słońca są bajeczne i niepowtarzalne. Będę tęsknił.
