Hello, Hivers! Rej here and I am back for another Rejourney. For today, I'm gonna be taking you to this newly opened restaurant in Busay, Cebu City, Philippines.
The Cliff at Highlands de Busay is a new go-to restaurant with an amazing view of the city lights at night. My friends and I was searching for a restaurant to dine and our hungry stomachs brought us here. Hahahaha! They have this Skyscape Cafe, The Cliff and Veranda that you could probably choose which area to dine.
Exact location: Highlands de Busay, Transcentral Highway, Cebu City, Philippines.
Landmark: Before La Tegola Busay
By Car or Taxi: Navigate with Waze or Google Maps and set your destination to "Highlands de Busay" in Busay, Cebu, Philippines. This is on the right side of the road if you are coming from JY Square.
As soon as we arrived in this place, we were so amazed how beautiful it was. Fresh air plus the amazing view of the city lights makes it more incredible.
Operating hours
Tuesday to Thursday: 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Friday to Sunday: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
They do accept both walk-in and reservation here. If you want to do a reservation, you can message them on their facebook page at The Cliff at Highlands de Busay or you may contact them through their landline number at 509-0636.
They have a wide variety of food selection right here. What I love as well is that their serving is already good for sharing that is really perfect when you dine here with your loved ones. Before coming here, I personally messaged them on facebook to ask their menu for reference and they provided these photos right here that might help you as well. They also have affordable beverages and drinks available that were not included on the list.
We had Creamy Mushroom Black Truffle, Premium Grilled Backribs in BBQ Sauce, Kani Mango Garden Salad in Japanese Dressing, Tomahawk Porkchop in Peppercorn Sauce, Beef Salpicao, Siam Steamed Seaffod Curry in Coconut Shell, Plain Rice, Mango Shake and some drinks. For the food and service that 11/10 for us. That's so worth it indeed!
We really enjoyed our sumptuous dinner here in The Cliff at Higlands de Busay. We had a memorable exchange of conversations while we ate our food. We really cherished this moment given that one of our friends who is Kuya Francis is leaving for Canada to fulfill his dreams. Being friends with these people right here has taught me how to balance life and work. They are always there to remind me that I have them when I'm stress out or down. Most importantly, I have them to celebrate every small win in life. Apart from this, we really support each other's dreams and goals in life. No negativity and competition at all.
It is hard to find true people these days that would lift you up and wants you to succeed in life. Thankfully, I found mine. They are are my gold.
After we finished eating, we were so happy to jam with the live band in the restaurant. Since we also have singers in this bunch, we let them volunteer to perform a few songs. The atmosphere was just so light that night.
A night wouldn't be complete without us taking photos with this spectacular view. We did some photoshoot for memories to keep. While we were capturing these photos, the live bad continues to play at the background and it was so relaxing.
I would highly recommend The Cliff at Highlands de Busay if you are searching for a place to dine with a great view of the city lights. This restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and offers delicious food at a very reasonable price. This is the perfect place to be for your future dates with your loved ones.
In this fast paced-adulting life that I have now, I'm just happy to take breaks in between. I got to remind myself that there's also beauty in slowing down a bit. I felt so recharged.
