My online store (www.SpanishDoor.com) sells, among other things, items and accessories related to the Camino de Santiago pilgrimage.
recently, a man from Seoul, South Korea made a small order of two pendants. a very small sale and could be easily dismissed as insignificant commercially.
We always ship same or next day and so was the case here. soon after, the client contacted me asking for the status of his order to which I cordially replied as I do and asking him to be patient.
he contacted me several times and honestly I was getting a bit annoyed, but always trying to ask for his patience.
a few days later I got this and I was truly moved:
I have been doing this since 2011 and it isn´t the first time I am contacted and deeply moved by such personal stories. always amazed on how as humans we are so connected and I love taking part in this and honored when people take the time and share their accounts with me.
