Hello everybody!! It's a pleasure for me to be with you here once again!

Today, I'll share with you a post about Jaffa, my favorite place in Israel.

As you know, I fell in love with that city the first minute that I arrive in Israel, so I decided that that was gonna be the last city to see and enjoy. So, the last Saturday in Tel Aviv, I decided to go to Jaffa, in the north of Tel Aviv.

Hoy compartiré con ustedes una publicación sobre Jaffa, mi lugar favorito en Israel.

Como saben, me enamoré de esa ciudad desde el primer minuto que llegué a Israel, así que decidí que esa sería la última ciudad para ver y disfrutar. Entonces, el último sábado en Tel Aviv, decidí ir a Jaffa, en el norte.

Jaffa, according to what my friend told me, is a part of the city that has more Arabic culture. And yes, this is true. You can see it in the market, but mostly in the bars and restaurants along the streets, that sell Arabic food, and are managed by the Arabic population (please don't misunderstand me because I don't want to sound like I'm discriminated, this is how everybody there calls each other: the Jewish, the Muslims, the Catholics, the Israelis, the Arabics, this is common if you speak there).

So, Jaffa is very small, to be honest, and its streets are pretty tight and full of stairs, but for me, it has a kind of magical taste.

Jaffa, según me contó mi amiga, es una parte de la ciudad que tiene más cultura árabe. Y sí, esto es cierto. Puedes verlo en el mercado, pero sobre todo en los bares y restaurantes a lo largo de la calle, que venden comida árabe y son administrados por población árabe (por favor, no me malinterpreten porque no quiero sonar como si discriminara, así se llaman todos allí entre ellos: los judíos, los musulmanes, los católicos, los israelíes, los árabes, esto es común si hablas allí).

Entonces, Jaffa es muy pequeña, para ser honesta, y sus calles son bastante angostas y llenas de escaleras, pero para mí, tiene una especie de sabor mágico.

The Clock Tower (La Torre del Reloj)

Flea market (Mercado Flea)

In this market you can find very cheap clothe, more of them second hand.

En este mercado puedes encontrar ropa muy barata, principalmente de segunda mano.

Bridge of wishes (el Puente de los Deseos)

This is a very beautiful bridge that has all the characters of the zodiac. The legend says that you have to look for your sign, place one hand there, look at the sea and ask for a wish.

I love astrology topic, so I did it... not only with my solar sign (Virgo), but also with my rising and moon (Saggitarius and Scorpio, lol.

Este es un puente muy hermoso que tiene todos los personajes del zodiaco. Dice la leyenda que tienes que buscar tu signo, poner allí una mano, mirar al mar y pedir un deseo.

Me encanta el tema de la astrología, así que lo hice... no solo con mi signo solar (virgo), sino también con mi ascendente y luna (sagitario y escorpio, jajaja.

Zodiac Fountain (La Fuente del Zodiaco)

This fountain is very close to the bridge and for those who love Astrology, could be a great point to take some pictures. It has all the characters in the zodiac, personified, and is an important part of the fountain. You'll see the water going out of their specifics elements, according to the sign.

Esta fuente está muy cerca del puente y para los amantes de la Astrología, podría ser un gran punto para tomar algunas fotografías. Tiene todos los personajes del zodiaco, personificados, y es una parte importante de la fuente. Verás salir el agua de sus elementos específicos, según el cartel.

Get lost in the tiny streets (piérdete en las pequeñas calles)

You also can get lost in more parts of the city, since is small, yes, but is full of passageways that connect everything inside those stonewalls.

También puedes perderte por más partes de la ciudad, ya que es pequeña, sí, pero está llena de pasadizos que conectan todo dentro de esos muros de piedra.
