Problem Points of the Medical Decision Making
The problem points of the Medical Decision Making are evaluated by a scoring system:
- 1 point for a self limited or minor problem.
- 1 point for an established problem which is stable or improving.
- 2 points for an established problem which is worsening.
- 3 points for a new problem which does not need workup.
- 4 points for a new problem which will have workup.
