I'm not a fancy gal. I don't need an expensive purse with shoes to match if, or when, it does happen it's accidental. I so regularly get my haircut at the local salon and I get my nails done professionally, even though I work from home.

It makes me feel "put together" and feminine. I'm also good friends with both my hair stylist and nail technicians who own their salons. Coincidentally, the salons are situated side by side on the same side of the street of our little town.
In this small Northwestern Pennsylvania town, expensive purses and designer shoes are the exceptions, not the rule. This is not to say that they are nonexistent because the town is, or was a tourist town...until Conneaut Lake Park was sold for a cheap 1.2 million dollars on March 3, 2021.

Doctors, lawyers, and other wealthy professionals have beautiful million-dollar homes on the east side of the lake. Along with designer watches, expensive sports cars, and pricy boats, I'm sure there are a few Gucci and Prada purses.
