The prompt is quite a weird one, because you cannot really clarify the basis of classifying an idiot not to talk of rating them from chief downwards. It can only be said from a certain standpoint and at a particular time, mainly because of a recent event proven to be true.
It is quite funny that sometimes you just look at some folks and you feel like punching them in the face because of the way they act. They act so stupidly it almost look like they are prized idiot. But it is fair that we do not judge others. We might think we are smarter than most today and yet somebody somewhere would be better of and refer to us as an idiot too. So, tread gently...
