Another Wednesday, another walk!!! This time, it's not just me and papa because mama and Arashi came with us! <3
As usual, we woke up at 4:30 AM and headed out at around 4:50AM. The sky was clear and there weren't a lot of clouds. It was also much brighter than usual, so I bet the sunrise was much earlier today.
We had our back facing the sun, so I had to turn around to take this beauty. We're headed to the city hall's plaza square via SRP (South Road Properties).
This is what we saw in front of us as we headed to the city hall. There were less trucks and cars earlier, so it's a great thing for us. And it's quite bright despite it being 5:10 in the morning.
There was this sign when we arrived. Starting this month, until the fiesta which is on the 15th, the plaza transforms into a night market. There would be some activities or performers on stage and there would be lots of food and people.
Even though it was quite bright already, the city hall didn't turn off the lights they use for the night market, so I could take some pictures of them. <3
The lights look really pretty, don't they? There were also a lot of tents in the square. Those that are lined up on the sides are mostly food stalls that people could go to to buy various types of food or snacks. I guess the ones in the inner square are either for the audience or there might be some seller displaying their stuff at night. I'm not quite sure about it.
Do you remember the roof picture I shared last week? It's now part of the actual stage. There are also two screens on each side of the stage.
As I moved closer, I notice that the drum set is still on stage, so they'd probably invite some local bands tonight as well. I can imagine how lively the place could get, but it's not my cup of tea, so I just enjoy looking at the set up when there are no people. haha
After walking or jogging around, we decided to go home. Usually, we ride some tricycle home when mama and Arashi join us because the roads would already be busy and it wouldn't be good for both of them.
We were about to head out the city hall premises when we saw these...
Some stalls for the farmer's market program by the city hall has opened, so we decided to drop by and check it. We also bought some jackfruit and papaya.
We also walked just a bit more going to the nearby church before getting a ride home. But wait... one more shot!
I couldn't help myself, the sun just looked so gorgeous! It's huge and beautiful... <3
I'll end this post here. Thanks a lot for dropping by! :) We had another fun Wednesday walk this week! See you next time! :D
