Hello Alive Tribe. Happy Saturday!
Today I needed to change the cat litter box because yesterday Newt let me know he wasn't using it anymore. When I returned home from a walk I stepped on his statement.
Yesterday I didn't have enough energy to complete the task but I made sure to get it done early. I also laundered bedding, washed dishes, and went with Jeff to Al's Melons where they sell fresh fruit, vegetables, and vegetable plants for gardening to purchase tomato plants to put in the containers outside. I hope this year to get a crop of tomatoes. Last year we planted tomato seeds from some cherry tomatoes we'd had in the house. The plants grew and there were many cherry tomatoes, but the fruit never ripened on one plant. I got a few each day from the other plant but not enough for even a salad. The tomatoes all remained yellow until it was too late in the season. Not even bringing some I picked and put them in a brown bag and ripened them.
