We Continue To Learn And Make Friends

Wow, just like that, the anniversary of hive learners featured contents is drawing to a quick close. This anniversary was very much anticipated but as cruel the world is and as we usually say to console ourselves, all good things come to an end.

It's been very nice and challenging going through memory lane for the prompts. This is the third prompt to celebrate the anniversary week which also involves a trip down memory lane. This one could leave you all giggly and smiley after you are done writing. Why? because if you remember how you became friends with some of them and probably how close you have become, it could leave you with such a feeling.

Unlike the first one where we had to choose just 5 of our favorite authors, we have no limit this time as we can name as many friends as we like to πŸ˜‚. Maybe this will compensate some of our favorite authors we left behind.

So, signing for a new platform that places so much emphasis on engagement, it was not easy in the beginning. Granted, I already knew a few people like @depressedfuckup, @rubilu, @nhaji01, @jimah1k, @tiyumtaba and @abu78 which made it better but I still had to get out of my comfort zone.

I made my application for hive learners, went through the verification process and fortunately got approved. I started making my entries for the featured contents and I must say it has been one of my best decisions on the platform.

I started to get more engagement on my account and I did well to increase my level of engagement as well. It was here I started getting and making frequent comments on the posts of @quduus1, @nkemakonam89, @justfavour, @mercysugar, @moremoney28, among others. Overtime, we became friends.

The hive learners featured contents has taught me that, if you engage you will definitely get engagement on your posts too. I mean, is it not spirit dampening when you spend hours and hours to come up with your post and not get engagement on it? These engagements I got from hive learners have helped to boost my morale.

This is one of the communities I have seen with a lot of engagement.

The hive learners featured contents have also taught me how to tackle certain issues and how to understand some as well. Through the prompts we write, we get to read multiple entries which is a way to learn how to approach certain situations. Some of the people who take part in these prompts have tons of experience and so know what they are talking about. We learn the way others think which is sometimes very different from how we think

The hive learners featured contents have taught me how to remain focused for long periods. It has never been an easy task to sit down, read and reply to people for me especially when it comes to doing it for long periods. Maybe that is why sometimes my WhatsAapp have a lot of unread messages.

However, the engagement level in hive learners is such that the users are many and so it takes a lot to read on most of them and comment. Without proper concentration, some of us would only be able to read 5 and then run away.

So, after making my initial friends that I have listed above, it became easier to make more. I have since become friends with @merit.ahama, @princessbusayo, @treasuree, @burlaj, @abdul-qudus, @hopestylist who by writing her name makes me wonder the last time I heard from her πŸ§πŸ™ˆ. Merit, I have become comrades with πŸ˜‚.

I hope we can continue to learn and make more friend through hive learners. There’s still a long time to go.🀝

Without hive learners I probably would not have become with these users and so thank you to hive learners and hive learners featured prompts for this opportunity. Happy anniversary. πŸŽ‚πŸ₯³πŸŽŠ

Thank you.
