Today is sunday and I came up with a new recipe with you all.
Today I am sharing a recipe of Pad Thai noodles. I made vegetarian one with peanuts, garlics and veggies. All the ingredients are sauted and tossed in pad thai sauce 🍜 . I made in a very simple way that you will love to make this within in 20 mins. This vegetarian Pad thai is so vibrant and good. It is most popular and common street food in Thailand .
So lets start to Make the recipe!
🔹️Pad thai rice noodles-1 pckt
🔹️carrot-½cup
🔹️broccoli -½cup
🔹️beans-⅓cup
🔹️capsicum-⅓cup
🔹️onions-½cup
🔹️peanuts-2tbspn crushed
🔹️garlic paste-1tspn
🔹️oil-3tbspn
🔹️herbs-⅓tspn
🔹️tamarind pulp-⅓cup
🔹️redchili-½tspn
🔹️soy sauce-1 tspn
🔹️tomato suce-1tspn
🔹️sprouts-⅓cup
🔹️spring onions for garnish
🔹️ blackpepper-½tspn
METHOD-
1.soak rice Noodles in hot water for 10 to 15 mins as per instruction on the package.
2.chop all the veggies .
3.heat oil on a pan
4.now add garlic. Saute it for a min.
5.add onions till they are tranculent.
6.then add veggies.
7.further add sprouts , salt ,red chili powder and mix it. Let it cook for 10 mins till all the veggies are soft and tender
8.then in a bowl add tamarind pulp or juice. Add soy sauce, ketchup, blackpepper and herbs. Add more chilli to make it more spicer.
Keep this sauce aside.
9.when the veggies are done then add Soaked rice noodles in the pan. Add spring onions then add the sauce we prepared.
Give a nice mix. Gently mix all well add little salt.
Now add crushed peanuts and toss it.
Ta-----daang!! Its ready to serve!
Now Transfer the Pad thai noodles in a serving plate and enjoy the dish..
