I leave my home before 6am and return by 7am, it's as simple as that.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the most important form of exercise. Not only does one get to stretch one's limbs, but one also imbibe the fresh morning air while thinking, planning and preparing for the day ahead. It is my goto whenever I'm struggling to push open a door.
