So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the second topic for this week which is “IN THE YEAR 2050”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “BE A TRAVEL BLOGGER”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us about their last travel experience and what it meant for them. We got to see just how much members enjoy traveling and the lengths they were willing to go to ensure that they had a great time.
Traveling is loads of fun for some people and for others, it can be deemed stressful. However, it’s something that every one of us will do at one time or the other. Going to new places an getting to meet new people will always be a flex, as many of us have come to find out. It was an interesting topic, indeed.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w136e1 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. This author told us about how much of a traveler he is. Being a beach lover, his last trip was one that he took to the coast. He had a great time with his family and also got to experience some new adventures. It’s something he looks forward to experiencing later on, and it promises to be yet another adventure.
For this author, she told us about the congress she attended in Rio de Janeiro, and how much she enjoyed it. It was a professional event and it lasted for three days. Besides the congress, she also made sure that she visited some tourist spots, making good use of her time to enjoy her stay there. She’s looking forward to her next trip there.
For this author, she told us about the hectic journey she took to the far reaches of Ghana. It was terrific journey plagued by bad roads and lengthy drive times, however, when she and her colleagues got there, they had the best of experiences. It had beautiful views and could almost make up for the stress of getting there.
