Hello everyone, how are you doing today? Hope you are having a great time. This will be Week 125, Edition 03 of our Weekly Featured Content.
So, last Saturday we had our hangout as usual, and it was just so much fun we did not want it to end. We are currently on the third topic for this week which is “SUGAR IS BAD”.
But before we proceed with the details of the topic, let us take a look at the winners of the last topic which was “JUST ONE INFRASTRUCTURE”.
This topic was geared toward each member of the community telling us the major infrastructure that their community was lacking. One thing that they desperately need at the moment but the government is yet to provide it for them.
We got to see the different amenities that are needed all across the world. From good roads to steady power supply, the needs of the people are vast and it doesn’t help at all that the government is not doing anything to alleviate things. Those in power really needs to step up, because a lot still has to be done.
For this topic, we went through every entry post, and that is every post with the #hl-exclusive & #hl-w125e2 tag. And with the number of wonderful posts out there it was quite difficult to make a selection. But eventually, we did just that. THE HARSH REALITY OF URBAN TRAFFIC by @michupa
This author told us that while he lived in an urban city that came with so many benefits, there was one major issue that seemed to make it unbearable to an extent; the traffic situation. Transportation is just not easy and it takes too long, moving to a place closer to where he works means an increase in the rent he has to pay. A solution to the traffic situation will go a long way in making things better for him.
IRRIGATION WAS A FACILITY MY LOCALITY LONG NEEDED by @saydie
For this author, he told us that one thing his community had a great need for was for proper irrigation facilities. A good irrigation system will be of great help to farmers and also help them out in the health and wellbeing of their crops and eventual harvest. However, the lack of it has brought nothing but loss and pain.

For this author, he told us that the one thing that was lacking in his community was electricity. It was so bad that in the past few months, they had only had power for a handful of times. The people have learned to survive without electricity and it’s a major hassle. Hopefully, this is something that will change eventually.
