Parents are not just to blame when a child's is been caught for misbehaving or engaging in illegal or mischievous activities because I am a child and at times people of my generation don't listen. Regardless of whatever the parents say or do they can still choose to do what they feel like and at times they go astray. There is so much to what a parent can do, I mean they can't force the children to take to their words, they can only play their own path, and it's now left to the child to take to it and decide to do the right thing and be of good behaviour.
