Importance of Vitamin D

Hello all of you I hope all are good, and doing good in your life, If not then start from today, In this blog I will tell you about my experience of vitamin D deficiency and how i overcome from it. And now I feel much better. Due to 10 to 6 work i can't get enough sunlight. Because of which I was having many health issues like feeling tired all the time, hairloss, dandruff and muscle pain. And my immunity was also very weak due to I used to get cold and fever.my mood is changing every time, I went to the dermatologist for hair loss and told me to do vitamin B12 or D3 test. I report that my vitamin D3 level is 28% which is still not working. Doctor has given me a course of Vitamin D for 2 months. Now I am feeling very good and energetic. Today I want to tell everyone how important sunlight is for our overall health. In today's world, most of the people's spend their time in the office or in the house. Because of which they cannot get enough sunlight. If you want to take vitamin D, then you have to take sunlight without clothes, only then you will get its benefit. Because sunlight is absorbed by your fat. And it is also very important to apply sunscreen on your face when you go out in the sunlight. because it will blacken your face.
