How To Make Caramel Tres leeches Cake At Home? Creative-Sunday

So, We are here again on another Sunday, It's a day where we can do some creative tasks and share them with our Hive family.

Today we decided to make Caramel Tres Leeches Cake,

let's Start.


Ingredients


  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of refined wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 400 Gram Suger
  • 100 ML oil
  • 7-8 drops of Vanilla essence.
  • Crushed Candy biscuit.
  • 300 ML Milk Pack Cream
  • 2 Table Spoon wipping Cream.
  • Half-litre milk

Cooking Procedure


First of all you need put 4 table spoon of suger in the sauce pan with out water. Heat it for 5 minutes.

You can see the sugar is melting.

After melting, it will change to brown color, keep moving the spatula.

When it changes to brown colour, add 1 cup of water in it, keep it on the fire for 5 minutes, here also keep moving the spatula, the sugar caramel will get dissolved in water.

Add 150 gram of cream to the Sugar Caramel, cook it for 5 minutes. it will get thick and convert in cream form.

This is the final look of Creamy Caramel. Now put it in a bowl and keep it in the freezer.

In the next step, we will make creamy milk. Add 500 ML of milk to the bowl; add 4 table spoons of icing sugar to the milk; and add 150 ML of cream as well. Beat all these things together for almost 3 minutes, our creamy milk will get ready, now keep it in the freezer.

Now we will prepare cake sponge, For that, you need two eggs, refined white flour, baking powder, oil, icing sugar, and vanilla essence.

Now add 2 eggs to the bowl, half a cup of icing sugar, and 8 drops of vanilla essence. Beat it for 5 minutes, until it comes to cream form.

now add oil to the bowl and beat it again for 1 minute.

after adding oil and beating it for some time, add refined white flour 1 cup and 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder.

Now in the next step take a bowl. Oil its inner side with oil and Sprinkle 1 pinch of refined white flour in the bowl. the purpose of doing this is that the cake sponge will not get stuck.

after adding the sponge mixture microwave it for 5 minutes.

now put the cake sponge into the tray from the bowl and keep it cool.

now use a fork to make small pores ( holes) into the cake sponge like this.

Now add the creamy milk to the sponge which we made earlier and keep it in the freezer.

after adding the creamy milk, keep the cake sponge in the freezer for half an hour. creamy milk will dissolve in the cake sponge properly.

Now bring out the cake sponge and give a layer of the Whipping cream all over it.

Now give the 2nd layer of caramel cream on the cake sponge.

In the end, sprinkle the crushed candy biscuit all over the cake.

here is the final look of the cake.
