Job is one of the important needs of our society today and men and women are required to do jobs to support their family. they do the job and get money for their hard work.

But the most difficult part of getting a job is the job interview, if you pass the job interview, you will get the job, on the other side, if you are not able to pass the job interview, you will not get the job.

The problems I see or face while giving interviews are the most common and I want to address them in this post.

I have heard from the people who gave interviews, and they were rejected only because their physical appearance was not up to the mark. They had all the qualifications and talent and for some reason, they didn't have good clothes to wear. Not everyone can afford the good clothes. This is a serious problem middle-class families face and these big companies should understand this.

they should not judge people by their physical appearance, they should be judged according to their qualification and their skill set. Clothes should not stand as the standard to give anyone a job or not.

The other problem I faced personally that resulted in rejection due to inexperience. I gave multiple job interviews and I always got rejected because I didn't have the job experience despite having the required qualifications. Someone should tell me if job seekers get rejected every time due to low experience or no experience. how did they get the job? and from where they will get the experience.

In the end, as a result, they will get frustrated and will try to indulge in activities which are not good for them as well as for society. Some become theft and others fall into severe depression due to the pressure they get from their family and society.

this kind of people had not left any choice. These big companies that have these kinds of rules are responsible for innocent boys and girls turning into beasts.

This issue should be addressed properly. These unfair rules should be changed. I know it's not easy to do so understand the circumstances we are living our life today. These things have normalized and I have seen people with the talent and expertise doing suicide.

Unemployment is one of the main reasons for suicide. Hopefully, these things will be taken care off properly.
