Hello everyone gracious greetings to you all, ...hey its another creative sunday here at , its a super duper way to round uo the amazing day ...
Alright so without a further or due lets begin...
Alright so from my end here i'll be taking you all on a simple step by step provesures of cooking the okra soup, every ingredient every thing you need for a budget friendly sweet delicious meal any time any day ... right?...
Brief intro
The okra soup is a one of Nigeria's favorites soup mostly eaten in all part of the country, it's very simple to prepare, its budget friendly except you wish to add up many other ingredients for a very rich amd delicious meal, as i have done on a cool sunday evening...
Alright so lets begin ..shall we?
INGREDIENTS
OKRA
PUMKPIN LEAVE
PALM OIL
SEASONING CUBE
PEPPER
ONION
CRAYFISH
COWSKIN...etc.....

So its time we prep all our ingredients, first off i wash and chopped the okra

Next up the pumpkin leaves thoroughly washed cause most times they have sands in them and chopped them neatly

When that was done i washed the cowskin and chopped them in cube, arrange all the ingredients i would need so nothing is left out

Now that is done, its time to cook, first of i place my pot on the fire when its hot i poured my palm oil just a quantity and sprinkled a pinch of salt and then add my diced onion stired for a while and then add a small amount of water, add all prep ingredients like the crayfish, seasoning cubes, pepper, cowskin then stire for taste, in this case the salts weren't enoughbso i added a little bit more to taste...yah right there fantastic ... allow to cook for 3 minutes ..note do not cover to cook.

When i observed its cooked for a while i now added the punpkin leaves as the last, to getbthe fresh feeling ...and as you can see i love my leave and okra to still be fresh, so it will still jave that fresh taste after a day, unlike some will allow to over cook, immediately i put the leaves i stire for a while allow to cook for a minute and our delicious meal is ready...
Now in my country we eat this soup with either eba which is edible for eating any soup made from cassava granular

Or fufu another eible for eating soup...
So guys come join me as i eat and wow this budget friendly okra soup well prepared by @Hiventhusiast is very delicious no jokes...
