On this occasion, of course, I'm back in the weekly contest created by the Hive Learner community which is of course a very interesting community and of course I can share ideas that I certainly didn't think of before.
The topic of discussion on this occasion is about natural foods and also processed foods, of course we can sort out the two things and of course it is more interesting because the two foods have different benefits.
- Natural Food
Natural food is one of the foods that is of course unprocessed and sourced directly from there, one of which is fruits such as oranges, pears, apples, grapes and many more where the food is directly sourced directly from the tree without being processed in the slightest, where the color of the food is it is certainly beneficial for the body.
Not only from the type of fruit, but the types of vegetables are also one of the natural foods which of course do not need to be boiled or processed with other ingredients where the food can certainly be enjoyed immediately.
- Processed Food
Processed food is one of the foods that must have been processed previously and of course the ingredients are natural ingredients but have been processed with various things so that they can be enjoyed deliciously, one of which is bread, fried banana burgers, meatballs, fried noodles and many more. Processed foods should not be enjoyed too much because there are some ingredients that are certainly not good for our bodies
But of course, processed food should not be enjoyed in excess because of course every processed food has been given spices which of course if we consume too much it will be very dangerous for our bodies, that's what I can convey on this occasion.
