Coffee shops are increasing in numbers here in Bukidnon specifically in the municipality of Manolo Fortich at Barangay Dahilayan. What used to be a simple province is now becoming a beautiful spot for coffee madness not to mention its location with a captivating landscape.
It was just a simple joyride in my hometown when I found one of the most recommendable coffee shops in the heart of Dahilayan with its location being best for having a relaxing vibe or perhaps unwinding while watching the foggy ambiance and having fun sipping that cold or hot coffee goodness in a cup.
It is my first time to be here and an unplanned visit has led me to a beautiful destination. Upon entering the shop, I looked for the most comfortable seat where I could choose my order. A staff came to me and I ordered a Coffee Latte. I stayed for a while and had a candid moment enjoying the mesmerizing view surrounding the coffee shop.
Meanwhile, I went to the spot where I could have a 360-degree view of the amazing beauty of nature as I was protected by the rails. From the point I am standing, I have seen the flowing river and I so love the foggy weather. While waiting for my coffee, I stayed here for a while.
I may have been passing this spot many times but I never thought that it was a perfect place to feel the goodness in a cup. I thought that it was just a resthouse owned by one of the big business owners. Little did I know that it has a little paradise with an evergreen scenery. Those mountain ranges look like they are reaching the skies.
What I love about the place is the overlooking view where I can see the majestic mountain ranges the coffee shop is situated on a hill so I can see the vibrant colors of the wild heart of nature. And I must say that coffee is so perfect here since it is an elevated area of Bukidnon and it is truly so cold here with the presence of many trees but pines make the view so extraordinary all over Dahilayan.
As soon as the staff served the coffee to me, I stayed at my favorite spot and enjoyed sipping the delicious coffee that the shop offered. When my cup was empty, I ordered another cup again. I enjoyed the moment and felt like I was in a little paradise of Dahilayan, Manolo Fortich, Bukidnon, where I felt an enchanting feeling and perhaps so delighted for having a great time at an unexpected moment.
Indeed, it was a perfect getaway for me as I experience the goodness in a cup while being relaxed through the captivating landscapes before me. Honestly, I wanted to be back here for another coffee memories with hopes of seeing a beautiful sunset next time. However, the foggy atmosphere made my day and I went back home with a smile in my heart.
