My appetizing chamomile tea

At home we all enjoy a good coffee, even when we are together I think the company is so pleasant that we feel it is much more appetizing. But we are also in the habit of drinking a cup of tea frequently, especially in the evenings, just before going to bed. Most of the teas I know have beneficial effects on the body, so I find it an excellent idea to have a delicious drink while taking care of my health.
With tea I don't have an established routine as I do with coffee, which I find vital in the mornings, or when the clock strikes 3:00 in the afternoon; but when I saw the way they presented it in a buffet restaurant I recently met, called Plaza Habana, I couldn't help but crave a cup.

I even thought of countries that have established ceremonies to enjoy this drink, as is the case of Japan, which I think is a very nice tradition and a sign of respect for the product.
The first thing I noticed in this restaurant, or that caught my attention of this "space" dedicated to tea, is the neatness that was breathed. For me it is vital to have this feeling in gastronomic places.
To accompany the tea, there were several slices of lemon, which certainly go very well with tea. The ways to add a little sweetness to the tea were varied: it could be with honey, white sugar or brown sugar. The hot water was stored in shiny metal thermoses.

And so my tea was ready, I chose chamomile tea because I consider it to be one of the most delicious to the palate. I enjoyed it very much: I was eager to repeat the experience.
