Friday, August 26, 2022. I feel very happy because I can participate in this community again, and again contribute to #FungiFriday by @ewkaw. And in this contribution, I have a unique type of mushroom that I want to show you all.
I don't know exactly what the name of this mushroom is, but I myself want to call it the Ground ball mushroom. I have tried to identify by searching on the internet about this mushroom, but I can't get the right result or the exact same mushroom as I have here. But on my search on the internet I found something that is a little bit similar or maybe one family, he has a scientific name that is Pisolithus arrhizus

Today I went to the mountains to look for mushrooms, the location is past several plantations belonging to villagers, I have to climb a little bit, it's like the mountains are not too high. Before, I've never been in this direction looking for mushrooms. Here I think I will find a lot of beautiful mushrooms, I intend to look for red, orange or maybe purple, with a beautiful umbrella shape.
After a while of searching, I haven't found anything. While relaxing for a while under a tree and enjoying the natural air, tried to enjoy the cigar I brought, and the mosquito was gone.
Right in front of where I was relaxing with a cigar, I saw this strange mushroom, I thought it was just a clay ball, I approached and tried to clean the dry leaves beside it. Feels springy when I touch it, and then try to lift it. No, he really is a fungus and has roots deep into the soil. I laughed at it, the color is ugly and I'm not at all interested.

Trying to pry into the ground, it turns out this fungus has long roots. I didn't think I'd take a picture of her, she doesn't look pretty at all, unattractive brown clay circles 😁.
Direct it to the right and kekeri, then lift it. Should I take a picture of this unattractive mushroom. Alright, I'll take a picture of it.
After taking several photos, I didn't know where to get a different angle of view. Then I thought of splitting it. Luckily I brought a small bayonet, and now I'm splitting it into two parts.
And, I was really amazed to see the inside of this mushroom, Now I will take more pictures of it 😀. Gorgeous inside, look, it's like a layer cake, or did we say it looks like a sushi. I want to taste it. :)

Good thing I split this mushroom, otherwise I might just throw it away and leave it here. And finally I got a unique mushroom this Friday. Very unattractive on the outside, but she's stunning on the inside. I'm lucky.
