Mint Chutney, Tomato Ketchup
Ingredients:
• 200 gms Besan
• 1.5 cups Water
• 1 finely chopped tomato
• 1 finely chopped onion
• 1 small bowl of finely chopped bell peppers (Green, Red and Yellow)
• Some Fresh Coriander
• ¼ tablespoon red chilli powder
• Salt as required
Step 1: Take the besan in a bowl. Add all the spices and mix well.
Step 2: Now add water to the besan mix and use a hand blender or whisker to mix the mixture well. Ensure there are no lumps.
Step 3: Add all the chopped vegetables and coriander. Add the Spices and mix it well. Now let the mixture settle for about 20 minutes.
Step 4: Heat the oil in a frying pan.
Step 5: Take a portion of the mixture and spread it evenly on the pan. Let it cook. Cover with a lid for faster cooking.
Step 6: After about 2-3 minutes, cook on the other side until brown.
Step 7: Serve hot with mint chutney and tomato ketchup.
