Century Egg in a day

Hi guys!
Today's main ingredient is just in your kitchen and this recipe is simple.
Actually, my partner is the one who wanted to give this a try 'cause he loves to try new recipes and most of the time I'm the one who's cooking . I'm happy that we make this together, we had great time talking about food and i know that it makes him relax for a bit. I guess that food bring us together no matter how busy we are.

Here are the Ingredients:

For Marinade
1/2 Cup Water
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
3 Tablespoon Dice Bell Pepper
3 Tablespoon Dice Onion
3 Tablespoon Chopped Green Onions
2 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
5 Organic Egg (I used White Fresh Eggs)

First, boil the eggs for 6 minutes then put them in a cold water to stop the egg from cooking. Peel the eggs carefully once it cools down.

Mix all ingredients for marinade and stir until the sugar dissolves.

Pour the marinade into the bowl of eggs, set it aside for at least 3 hours or if you want a stronger taste leave it for 6 hour but longer that 36 hours.

Here is the outcome.
I overcooked the egg, maybe a minute more. It taste delicious and we even pour some of the marinade in our rice.
