Vanilla ponqué cake

Hello to the entire Hive community, here I will present the preparation of how to make a vanilla cake, which weighs ½Kg

Ingredients:

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ½ cups of sugar
  • 3 cups self-rising wheat flour
  • 250gr of butter
  • 3 glasses of milk liquidate
  • 2 tablespoons vanilla

Preparation:

  • Step 1: In a large bowl or cup, add the butter and sugar, then mix.

  • Step 2: After the sugar and butter are already united and compacted, we add the 4 eggs and mix.

  • Step 3: After we have mixed the aforementioned ingredients, we proceed to add the flour, mix again and begin to add the milk, until we have a mixture where it is neither too hard nor too soft, but rather a point where a homogeneous mixture is found.

  • Step 4: We add the 2 tablespoons of vanilla.
    Step 5: In a tray, we put butter and flour, so that our cake when cooking, it does not stick to the tray.
