Yesterday morning I was out the door and getting food and tea at Feed Cafe. I wanted to have food in me in preparation fora long day of hiking but while eating we decided on a rest day due to the snow that was already falling. So after eating I went to the store for sunblock and waters before heading to the hot spring.
The inside hot pools were 106F and the temps ranged down to the cold pools at 60F. The outdoor pools were all high 90sF.
They even have a stage for live music outside. I soaked for about an hour and a half before calling it good. It was quite nice on my still sore muscles.
I then headed to north Bozeman to a thrift store where I found myself some books, a pair of Columbia and Patagonia shorts and a brand new pair of Columbia rain pants which exactly match my jacket.
I stopped back at the room for a bit then headed out again once the breweries began to open. I stopped a short ways from the room at Last Best Place and had a pint of Mini Battle Goats IPA.
I then wanted food so I headed down to the Haufbrau House bar. Holy hell what a crazy little bar. The stickers everywhere are really funny and every wood surface has been attacked with knives and there is stuff carved everywhere.
Burger and beers mad the middle of my day.
Three is writing on very surface as well.
Next I headed up to Outlaw brewing where I had a couple pints. I tried both of their double IPAs and the second one was the best, the Honey Hole hazy.
Then to Barnes and Noble to browse.
The boys will be extra excited to get pokemon cards.
Then to finish my day off I went back to Bourbon as it was happy hour and the meat was calling me again.
The ribs fell apart. So delicious.
It was before 6pm when I got back to the room and I ended up passing out early. I got almost 9 hours of sleep last night which I need for the workout today. The black lab is so funny and he sure knows how to howl.
Today we go fly again as the weather is better. I am hoping to get at least 7 flights today, more if possible. I will have my camera with so I will be getting video.
