Hola hola amigos , feliz noche para todos , espero que se encuentren bien , preparados para regresar a sus labores en esta nueva semana , llenos de mucha salud

La tarde de hoy fue especial , luego de una larga semana llena de diferentes ocupaciones, realizamos una actividad grupal en Benítez , realizamos unos estiramientos cómo es costumbre para estar a tono para el entrenamiento, para aprovechar el tiempo antes que oscureciera ,tomamos nuestras fotos de última con excepción de la principal (grupal ) , les cuento qué esta es una de mis rutas favorita , es totalmente plano , aún así sigo pensando qué correr en matutino es mejor , me mantiene activa durante todo el día , desde que estoy en hive run mis fines de semana son divertidos y sanos , en el sentido que reunirse con personas y realizar actividades sana , me alivia el alma y todas las preocupaciones quedan en el camino

Hello hello friends, happy evening to all, I hope you are well, ready to return to work in this new week, full of good health.

Today's evening was special, after a long week full of different occupations, we did a group activity in Benitez, we did some stretching as usual to be in tune for training, to take advantage of the time before dark, we took our last photos except for the main one (group), I tell you what this is one of my favorite routes, it is totally flat, even so I still think that running in the morning is better, it keeps me active all day long, since I'm in hive run my weekends are fun and healthy, in the sense that meeting with people and doing healthy activities, relieves my soul and all the worries are on the way.
