Estos fueron mis primeros intentos de cocinar. Por supuesto que todo me salía quemado. Yo tenía bien la teoría aprendida por mis padres, pero muy diferente es la teoría a la práctica.

Tarde meses en darme cuenta cuando había que sacar del fuego las comidas y así me alimentaba. Hoy me considero un buen cocinero que entiende que a la cocina hay que dedicarle su tiempo y no distrayéndote con otras cosas a la vez.

It took me months to realize when to take food off the stove and that's how I fed myself. Today I consider myself a good cook who understands that you have to dedicate your time to cooking and not distract yourself with other things at the same time.
