Pole & my 5 week progress

I started pole exercise classes 5 weeks ago and finally feel like i'm making progress.

Through a mix of muscle build, core work I now able to lift myself up and around the pole. This hobby is a lot harder than it looks!!

Fun fact: pole dancers don’t just wear the shortest of shorts to look hot! They are actually necessary to grip the pole, without them, we wouldn’t be able to grip the pole at all. You need to be able to grip arms, hips, thighs, abdomen and feet. If the performers skin was covered they wouldn't be able to grip the pole
