Recently my father who gave me life, my father-in-law, was visiting me. That day I wanted to make a special lunch for him and a delicious Nutella cheesecake. I remember it was a bit stressful since I had all the ingredients but when I started to make the dessert the cream cheese was out of date, what a package. I really got stressed out and said what now? Well it worked out well and I asked to continue making my dessert, it was delicious and my father-in-law loved it. We accompanied it with a delicious wine and had a lot of fun that day.
