The choosing Beauty Event
Today is time for night market at Hatyai. If you all know Hatyai, it is a must to go to their night market as there are a lot of it. On the first day of our trip, the first place we went to once we reached Hatyai was to the floating night market. Thanks to that since it is CNY, so it opened on Monday. For normal times, only Friday - Sunday are open so I guess we are quite lucky. This floating night market has stalls on ground and on water using boat. We bought various type of food and drinks here. I can't say it is very tasty but since I am really hungry that time, so the food taste good for me. The differences between the floating night market and their normal night market are actually just here, they are selling on water in their own small boat. It is quite interesting... After that, we went to our second night market of the day. This night market also opened just because it is CNY hahaha... It is located one street before the Lee Garden Night Market. It is named as Hatyai Walking Street. The food here are way more than the Floating Night Market ones. I like the food here as it is quite delicious to me especially the 2nd last picture. That was one of my favourite hahaha... At first, I thought I won't be full just eating the night market food but then I was wrong as I ate a lot and was so full hahahahaha.... If comparing the price with night market and stalls, of course, the night market ones will be higher. I think we spent around RM300 just a night at here (3 persons). There are also lots of event going on such as choosing the beauty (A gua), singing and dancing. It is quite packed at night as there are lots of hotels nearby this area so mostly people just walk down to here to have some food either as dinner or supper. That's all for my Day 1. It is quite short as we spent most of the time at the night market hunting for food...
