On a summer day I decided to climb to the middle part of the Andes Mountains west of Santiago de Chile at about 1300 meters above sea level.
It all started with a stop with the lifeguards and a safety talk and then we started to climb and walk in the forest to our final destination but on the way we made several stops.
Hiking in the commune of Macul is one of the best in the city and very common in the summer season where there is still water that melts from the glaciers, which is not possible in winter due to security measures on all roads in the mountains. In winter they are the same because of the snow and there is a risk of getting lost.
The journey was very fun and for a moment we got lost in the search after we crossed a stream that I can show in one of my photos but a few minutes later we got back on the road because we saw a warning sign on the mountain on the side and it was curious to be going up. the mountains and see snakes sunbathing without caring about humans.
After a route of more than an hour and 40 minutes we arrived at the small glacier water waterfall and here I show you some photos of what my experience was. I hope you like my adventure in photos.

En un día de verano me propuse subir hasta la parte media de la Cordillera de los andes al oeste de Santiago de chile a unos 1300 msnm.
Todo Inicio con una parada con los salvavidas y una charla de seguridad y luego iniciamos a subir y caminar en el bosque hasta nuestro destino final pero en el camino hicimos varias paradas.
El senderismo en la comuna de Macul es de las mejores en la ciudad y muy común en la temporada de verano donde aun hay agua que se derrite de los glaciares, cosa que en invierno no se puede por medidas de seguridad todos los caminos en las montañas en invierno son iguales por la nieve y hay riesgo de perdernos.
El trayecto fue muy divertido y por un momento nos perdimos en el busque luego que cruzamos un arrollo que puedo mostrar en una de mis fotos pero a los minutos retomamos el camino porque vimos una señal de aviso en la montaña del lado y fue curioso estar subiendo las montañas y ver serpientes tomando el sol sin importar los humanos.
Luego de una ruta de mas de una hora y 40 min llegamos a la pequeña cascada de agua de glaciar y aquí les muestro una fotos de lo que fue mi experiencia espero les guste mi aventura en fotos.
