Boost Immunity/ Metabolism with Ginger, Lemon and Honey Candies

Friends, I'm going to share you about the Ginger candy recipe in today's post. It is quite healthy, useful herb and easy to make. The recipe contains all of the products that you use in your kitchen.

Talking of the benefits of ginger, ginger has anti-inflammatory properties. This is why it works to reduce inflammation in our body. People who suffer from arthritis have a lot of pain in the joints of the body. The bones hurt. Regular consumption of ginger reduces body aches.

Ginger contains a substance called gingerol, which is very beneficial for oral health. So you may have noticed that a lot of people drink ginger with tea. When you want to make this candy, take big and fresh ginger.

This candy is useful in winters for cold and coughs. Apart from this it is also useful to increase our immunity and metabolism


Ingredients

  • Ginger 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
  • Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  • Honey 1 tsp
  • Lemon juice 1 tsp
  • Cloves -3
  • Cinnamom powder 1/2 tsp

Preparation Steps

In a frying pan, combine the sugar and water, along with 1 clove, cinnamon, and cardamom.

Then whisk in the ginger juice, lemon juice, and honey.

Please note that gas purges should be done slowly.

When it starts to shrink, place 1 drop in a bowl of water, wait for it to cool, then remove it and see if it feels firm. If it does, our candy is ready to make.

Now we'll place the greased hand in a dish of butter paper and, using a spoon, mould it into the desired form.

Add powdered sugar to the bowl and mix them well.

The candy's are ready to enjoy. Store them well since they can last for months.
