August 7th β‘οΈ August 14th, 2023Β Β Β Some say breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and others skip it entirely. Here in SE Asia a light breakfast is most common because most folks don't have time to make elaborate meals before jetting off to work. For those of us with a little extra time, breakfast can be a pretty big affair, with dishes like noodle soup, grilled meats with rice porridge, and so many other treats as you move from country to country.
Β Β Β Whether you make it or buy it, whether big or small, even if your breakfast is usually just a coffee, share your breakfast table with us. Perhaps add things like your morning routine, what time you wake up, leave the house, etc., and you can even make this a recipe post if you want. My family and I are often busy in the mornings, and so we often buy bread-type snacks from a guy that passes by on a moto around 7 am.
