Share Our World: Washington Youth Garden

The Washington Youth Garden is a one acre area within the US National Arboretum for children to learn about plants, insects and gardening.

Welcome

Here is Moana enjoying the garden.

It was fun for me too. I enjoyed seeing designs and plants. Garlic is one of my favorite foods!

The produce is shared with people that come to the garden and donated to places like the Capital Area Food Bank.

Here is a video about the garden.

We were the only people there, which was nice. They do get a lot of students on field trips from the DC area.
