Land 1.5

Release

• Land 1.5 will be released tomorrow, Tuesday 11/28
• It will be a lengthy update tomorrow
• Land is effectively an entirely new game being released within the existing game
• There will likely be bugs so please bear with us, we will fix them as soon as we can
• 1.5 is just the start
• 1.6 - constant feature updates will happen as they are ready
• UI updates will happen as well

Research and the Secret of Praetoria

• 1.5 is a large technical undertaking
• Grain, SPS, or research
• Research is purposely a bit nebulous
  • A soulbound token
  • Main resource to contribute to the secret of praetoria project
  • Majority of the rewards will come from contributing to this secret of praetoria project
  • You can get a head start on this tomorrow
  • Plus research is the way to get Prefix titles

Economics

• The economy is built on DEC
• Grain market/ Internal market - planning to add after 1.5 release
• You will need to pair grain with DEC
• You can provide liquidity to the pool
• You can earn DEC from the swap fees
• Resources will be paired to the DEC token
• Incentive to provide liquidity
• There will be a special resource by providing liquidity
• Will also need DEC to upgrade buildings and for maintainance
• What we have been building is a system where all of the money that comes into the ecosystem goes into DEC
• There won't be enought DEC so players will have to start burning SPS to mint DEC
• Which causes the value of SPS to rise
• That is the flywheel
• So, staking DEC for workers on land is just one of many pieces that will require DEC
• Flywheel has already started....SPS is being burned
• It will take time before it really kicks in

Tuesday Update

• Expect several hours for the Land update
• Will need to stop the block processor during this time
• Please do not submit a lot of blockchain transactions during the down time as this will drag out the down time
• SPS pool will start after the server is live
• There will be a bit of time after the server is back live before rewards start going out

Rebellion

• Now up on the mavs server for testing
• You can now check out the new cards as well as tactics, new abilities, and dual summoners
• There will be tournaments and guild brawls with prizes to ecourage people to test and provide feedback
• Next Tuesday 12/5 official Rebellion release

• SPS whitepaper - the DAO will be responsible for keeping the whitepaper updated
