Female "Water Healer" | Healer Traits Contest #Holozing 💙

Quiero dar especiales saludos a todos en @holozing y también mi cordial saludo a @Acidyo en esta noche, y para empezar quiero contarles de la idea de crear una versión algo oscura del HEALER DEL AGUA creada por nuestro artista 💕@Craizuss, y es que el agua es uno de los elementos más importantes del juego. El agua es la fuente de la vida, pero también puede ser destructiva y misteriosa. Quería reflejar esa dualidad en el diseño del personaje, usando colores más oscuros y contrastantes que los que se suelen asociar con el agua en el caso del healer base femenino del agua. Ella tiene su cabello largo azul oscuro, con mechas turquesas que le dan un toque rebelde y desenfadado. Su cabello está adornado con conchas y estrellas de mar, que simbolizan su conexión con el océano y su papel de protectora de los seres acuáticos. También lleva un collar con una diadema redonda y turquesa en el pecho, que representa el centro de su identidad y su poder. Sus ojos son de azul turquesa, que reflejan su afinidad con el agua y su capacidad de sanar. Su vestimenta consiste en un traje negro que imagino completo y un kimono blanco nacarado, que sugiere la pureza y la claridad que puede aportar en armonía con el aire en el planeta. Quería transmitir la sensación de que, a pesar de las dificultades y los peligros que enfrenta, el healer del agua es serena y apacible, que disfruta de su calma y misterio.

Cuando me propuse crear esta versión del healer del agua, estaba imaginando la profundidad y el misterio del océano. Quería que este personaje representara la serenidad y la fuerza silenciosa del agua, pero también su naturaleza impredecible y a veces tempestuosa. La elección de colores más oscuros no fue casual, quería pensar en las profundidades abisales del océano, donde la luz solar apenas alcanza pero la vida aún florece en formas exóticas y maravillosas. El traje negro representa estas profundidades, un recordatorio de que el agua no es solo la superficie tranquila que vemos, sino también un mundo profundo, oscuro y misterioso debajo. El adorno de conchas marinas y estrellas en su cabello es un homenaje a la rica biodiversidad del océano. Cada pieza ha sido seleccionada por su forma única y belleza natural, representando la variedad infinita de vida sostenida por el agua. Y en cuanto a su cabello, pues éste fluye como las olas del mar, mezclándose con los tonos azules, verdes y tuquesas que reflejan los colores cambiantes del océano bajo diferentes luces. Los adornos brillantes dispersos a través de su cabello son como gotas de agua capturando los rayos fugaces de luz que se filtran a través de las aguas superficiales.

I want to give special greetings to everyone at @holozing and also my warmest regards to @Acidyo tonight, and to start I want to tell you about the idea of creating a somewhat dark version of WATER HEALER created by our artist 💕@Craizuss, and water is one of the most important elements in the game. Water is the source of life, but it can also be destructive and mysterious. I wanted to reflect that duality in the character design, using darker, more contrasting colors than those usually associated with water in the case of the female water base healer. She has long dark blue hair, with turquoise highlights that give her a rebellious and casual touch. Her hair is adorned with shells and starfish, symbolizing her connection to the ocean and her role as protector of aquatic beings. She also wears a necklace with a round, turquoise headband on her chest, which represents the center of her identity and her power. Her eyes are turquoise blue, reflecting her affinity with water and her ability to heal. Her clothing consists of a black suit that I imagine is complete and a pearly white kimono, which suggests the purity and clarity that she can bring in harmony with the air on the planet. She wanted to convey the feeling that, despite the difficulties and dangers she faces, the water healer is serene and peaceful, that she enjoys the calm and mystery of it.

When I set out to create this version of the water healer, I was imagining the depth and mystery of the ocean. I wanted this character to represent the serenity and silent strength of water, but also its unpredictable and sometimes tempestuous nature. The choice of darker colors was not coincidental, I wanted to think of the abyssal depths of the ocean, where sunlight barely reaches but life still flourishes in exotic and wonderful forms. The black suit represents these depths, a reminder that water is not just the calm surface we see, but also a deep, dark and mysterious world beneath. The decoration of seashells and stars in his hair is a tribute to the rich biodiversity of the ocean. Each piece has been selected for its unique shape and natural beauty, representing the infinite variety of life sustained by water. And as for his hair, it flows like the waves of the sea, mixing with the blue, green and tuquoise tones that reflect the changing colors of the ocean under different lights. The sparkling ornaments scattered through his hair are like water droplets capturing the fleeting rays of light that filter through the surface waters.

Etapas del Dibujo/Drawing Stages

Comencé haciendo el boceto con el pincel tipo pelo, que me permite hacer trazos suaves y fluidos. Trabajé en varias capas y fui limpiando los excesos para definir bien la forma del rostro, el cabello y el cuerpo. Luego, coloqué el color base de la piel usando un tono frío, que le da un aspecto pálido y delicado. Seguí pincelando con tonos entre fríos y oscuros para contornear las sombras, usando después el difuminado para suavizar y mezclar los colores. En otras capas, fui definiendo aún más con líneas más claras para crear brillos y bordes, como también con trazos algo oscuros para profundizar las sombras. Seguí en otra capa con los ojos, usando el método normal de mezcla. Elegí un color turquesa intenso para resaltar su mirada y darle un toque de misterio.

I started making the sketch with the hair-type brush, which allows me to make soft and fluid strokes. I worked in several layers and cleaned off the excess to clearly define the shape of the face, hair and body. Then, I layered the base skin color using a cool tone, which gives it a pale and delicate look. I continued brushing with cool to dark tones to contour the shadows, then using blending to soften and mix the colors. In other layers, I defined even more with lighter lines to create highlights and edges, as well as with somewhat dark strokes to deepen the shadows. I continued on another layer with the eyes, using the normal blending method. I chose an intense turquoise color to highlight her eyes and give it a touch of mystery.

Después, en otra capa, fui definiendo su boca, quería que se mantuviera su expresión serena y seria como en la healer base, así que hice un labio inferior ligeramente más grueso que el superior y le di un tono rosa oscuro. Luego, en otra capa, fui pincelando y mezclando tonos turquesas y azul oscuro para su collar, que lleva una diadema símbolo de su conexión con el agua y centro de su poder. Le agregué algunos detalles en blanco para darle brillo y contraste. Así mismo, en otras capas, fui trabajando la ropa tipo traje ajustado con un kimono sostenido en sus brazos. Usé varios tonos para dar ese efecto nacarado, elemento de las ostras de mar, que le dan un aspecto perlado y elegante. Me gustó conseguir esta mezcla usando una capa de luz suave, que le da un efecto de transparencia y luminosidad. Después, fui agregando conchas de ostras y estrellas en su cabello, en otra capa usando el método normal de mezcla y el pincel tipo plano real. Quería que su cabello fuera largo y ondulado, como las olas del mar, y que tuviera adornos que reflejaran su afinidad con el agua.

Then, in another layer, I defined her mouth, I wanted her expression to remain serene and serious as in the base healer, so I made a lower lip slightly thicker than the upper one and gave it a dark pink tone. Then, on another layer, I brushed and mixed turquoise and dark blue tones for her necklace, which wears a headband symbol of her connection with water and the center of her power. I added some white details to give it brightness and contrast. Likewise, in other layers, I worked on tight suit-type clothing with a kimono held in her arms. I used several shades to give that pearly effect, an element of sea oysters, which gives it a pearly and elegant appearance. I liked to achieve this mix using a soft light layer, which gives it a transparent and luminous effect. Next, I added oyster shells and stars to her hair, on another layer using the normal blending method and the real flat brush. I wanted her hair to be long and wavy, like the waves of the sea, and to have decorations that reflected her affinity with water.

Y seguí pincelando en otra capa el cabello con la brocha tipo abanico y el pincel redondo. Quería probar con otros pinceles, que me permitieran hacer trazos más definidos y variados. Usé un color azul para el cabello y turquesa, que contrasta. Empecé después a trabajar el fondo con la brocha pastel suave, que me ayuda a crear un efecto de degradado y difuminado. Usé tonos azules y verdes para simular el agua, y también agregué brillos en el fondo para dar el efecto de los reflejos de la luz. En cuanto al cabello, fui definiéndolo con el método normal y la brocha tipo pelo en varias capas, para ir dándole profundidad y volumen. Apliqué una capa de luz suave para crear contrastes y realzar los colores, y fui definiendo algunos brillos con una capa de brillo, usando la brocha purpurina y una de brillo. Realmente me gustó la iluminación y el efecto de sombra que le da ese aire de profundidad, como el propio mar profundo.

And I continued brushing the hair in another layer with the fan brush and the round brush. I wanted to try other brushes that would allow me to make more defined and varied strokes. I used a blue hair color and turquoise, which contrasts. I then started working on the background with the soft pastel brush, which helps me create a gradient and blurred effect. I used blue and green tones to simulate water, and I also added glitter in the background to give the effect of light reflections. As for the hair, I defined it with the normal method and the hair brush in several layers, to give it depth and volume. I applied a layer of soft light to create contrasts and enhance the colors, and I defined some highlights with a layer of glitter, using the glitter brush and a glitter brush. I really liked the lighting and the shadow effect that gives it that air of depth, like the deep sea itself.

Me gustó mucho el resultado final, creo que logré captar la esencia del agua en un personaje. Me gustaría seguir haciendo las otras versiones de healer, creo que sería interesante explorar otros elementos y colores. Espero lo hayan disfrutado mucho.
