This time it was nearly perfect, but only nearly 🙄
Dieses Mal war es fast perfekt, aber eben halt nur fast.
The Problem is simple, there is Air in the Mold.
The Geometry of the Keyring is a bit tricky, cause there are some spots where the Air can't escape fast enough, which than cause the Defects.
Das Problem ist einfach, es befindet sich Luft in der Form.
Die Geometrie des Schlüsselanhängers ist etwas trickreich, da die Luft an einigen Stellen nicht schnell genug entweichen kann, was dann zu Defekten führt.
The Make with the Silicone.
With the Silicone everything was easy, compare to Plaster.
I just calculated the amount that I needed, weighted the material, mixed it and pour it.
It hardened in about 10 Minutes and I could make the second half.

Mit dem Silikon war alles einfacher als mit dem Gips.
Ich errechnete die Menge, wog das Material ab, mixte alles und goß es.
Innerhalb von 10 Minuten härtete es aus und ich konnte die zweite Hälfte anfertigen.

I just clamped the two halfs together with a Clamp, but cause the Silicone is soft, the pressure at one point in the middle deformed the material.
So I had to invent something to solve this problem.
Der erste Versuch mit der neuen Form in der Küche.
Ich hatte die beiden Hälften einfach mittels einer Schraubzwinge zusammengehalten, doch da es sich um weiches Silikon handelte kam es zu einer Deformation.
Also musste ich mir etwas ausdenken um das Problem zu lösen.
So I builded a little Bracket where I could put the Mold and it's pressed even together.
The first try it wasn't pressed together enough, so the molten metal run out and burned everything, the kitchen was filled with smoke. 😬
But the next time it was better, now I'm pretty sure that I can fix the problem with the air by just melting the amount needed for a Keyring.
Also habe ich eine kleine Halterung gebaut, in der die Form gleichmäßig zusammen gedrückt wird.
Beim ersten Versuch war der Druck nicht groß genug, weshalb flüssiges Metal aus der Form lief und alles verbrannte, die Küche füllte sich mit Rauch.
Aber beim nächsten Versuch hat es dann besser funktioniert, jetzt bin ich zuversichtlich, daß Problem mit der Luft in den Griff zu bekommen, indem ich nur die für einen Schlüsselanhänger benötigte Menge Schmelze.
