The seventh day of the #HalloweekNeedleChallenge, greetings to the #NeedleWork community and to the friend @irenenavarroart for her wonderful initiative,as I didn't have enough time, to fulfill the challenge, I took the option of working with felt and sewing needle.
This time I took an image of the strange world of Jack Skellington, at the suggestion of my daughter, and here I present to you:
El séptimo día del reto #HalloweekNeedleChallenge, saludos a la comunidad #NeedleWork y a la amiga @irenenavarroart por su maravillosa iniciativa, como no tenia suficiente tiempo, para cumplir con el reto, tomé la opción de trabajar con el fieltro y aguja de coser.
En esta ocasión tomé una imagen del extraño mundo de Jack Skellington, por sugerencia de mi hija, y aquí les presento:
Jack is a skeleton known as the Pumpkin King of Halloween Town where he tries to take over Christmas. It is an animated children's movie created by Tim Burton, where fantasy and musical atmosphere come together. For that reason today is my special guest to my Halloween Party, now let's move on to the step by step:
Jack es un esqueleto conocido como el Rey Calabaza de Halloween Town donde intenta adueñarse de la Navidad. Es una película infantil animada creada por Tim Burton, donde se une la fantasía y el ambiente musical. Por esa razón hoy es mi invitado especial a mi Fiesta de Halloween, ahora pasamos al paso a paso:
Materials//Materiales:
- pieces of black and white felt
- black sewing thread
- scissors, silicon
- molds
- stuffing
- trozos de fieltro blanco y negro
- hilo de coser negro
- tijera, silicon
- moldes
- relleno
Process//Proceso:
- The molds are used to cut the black and white felt.
- Con los moldes se cortan el fieltro blanco y negro
- The mouth and nose are drawn on a layer of white felt.
- Se dibuja la boca y nariz en una capa de fieltro blanco.
- The mouth and nose are embroidered with black thread
- Se borda con hilo negro la boca y nariz
- Join the two layers of white felt and start sewing with the black thread with firm stitches.
- Se une las dos capas de fieltro blanco y se comienza a coser con el hilo negro con puntadas firmes.
- Is filled in
- Se rellena
- The sewing is finished, leaving a pillow-like shape.
- Se termina de coser, quedando como un almohadita.
