The Busy Bee sign(BB🐝) and the benefit or reciprocal growth!

Source

Good day everyone!

This post is all about the Busy Bee Activity group!

What is the Busy Bees?

It started as a short list of accounts and keeping track of our weekly progress on the blockchain and it has since turned into a little community of active Hive users with weekly sponsorships and encouragement to grow their accounts.

We have a collection of Orcas, Dolphin, Minnows and Redfish that are recommended, but not compelled to interact with one another.

The vision and goal for the Busy Bees

This list has been fairly passive, with some inactive or very low activity users on the list that have been kept there to act as a milestone for the other active accounts to measure themselves against.

But the main goal is to have 100 active Hive users on the Busy Bees!

A handful of Orcas and then about 30% allocations to Dolphins, Minnows and Redfish with the goal of making everyone grow!

Right now we are 71 members and we have the combined Hive Power of a Whale! I have been recruiting!

Reciprocal growth

A small group of people can heavily impact the growth of an account if they and the poster are consistent. But not only do you help someone grow from 10HP to 100HP, but the main measurement of growth is that they grow from giving a $ 0.0001 upvote (@ 10HP) to a $ 0.0011 upvote!

When we have 30 Redfish and we look at the Busy Bees historical data, we generally have around 2-4 Redfish progressing at 30HP+ per week and then others with less between 3-10HP per week.

Over the course of 3 months there is a gain of $ 0.004 voting power (at the current prices) for say 3 accounts and $ 0.0007 change for about 10 accounts in the Redfish. This means that the Redfish, the smallest of our group, grew a collective of $ 0.019 worth of voting ability. Votes that can be made 10x at full power a day. $ 0.19 a day of voting ability was added.

Of the next group up, 13 out of 25 minnows were active. Their AVERAGE weekly gain for last week was 37HP for the week. Over 3 months this is around 444HP average each or 11,100HP for all 25 accounts over 3 months.

Thus the Minnows in that time gain $ 0.1242 of voting power increase or $1.24 per day.

This is just the next step up from Redfish. This is a rather big jump. The Busy Bees as a Group does about $3.75 per day increase over three months as a collective and then we can see that the Growth of Minnows is actually really important!

It will only get better as we support each other growing!

The Busy Bee sign

@melinda010100 had a brilliant idea: We cannot always remember all the names of the Busy Bees, it would be great to leave a symbol at the end of a Wave or a Comment so Busy Bee users can recognise one another!

I suggest: "-BB🐝-" that way @melinda010100 and others can see when you posted a wave and also helps with seeing one another on replies.

This will help everyone, until of course you all know each other!

Still looking for new members!

Whales, Orcas, Dolphins, Minnows and Redfish all welcome. The only prerequisite is that you are an ACTIVE blogger and you intend to grow and you intend to integrate a little with this Activity Group.

Of course, those who break community guideline rules for plagiarism, spam and other such offenses in other communities will be removed from this group.

The goal is to have 100 active blogging Busy Bees. You have 10 x 100% votes a day, or 20x 50% or 40x 25% votes a day without running your Voting Power into the ground!

You are not expected to dedicate all or even the majority to this group. But with 100 members there are probably a good chance that there will be someone you click with and can interact with!

Once in a while we will do a "Busy Bee Push" where we can focus some nice votes on members in this community who we want to power-level.

We want around 8-10 more Redfish, 5-8 more Minnows, 9-12 more Dolphins and then any amount of Orcas/Whales that want to join this initiative.

Let me know in the comments below!
