Most people collapse and die because of stress, it is something that we need to pay attention to seriously if we really want to live healthy to achieve our goal.

The place of rest has been neglected, people are just being busy forgotten that our brain and body need rest, and once we over work the body it leave us in regret.

My stress relief secret

I find great relief when I take a short naps, which has being so helpful, once I relax, I do get myself from all the long hours stress I do pass through on blogging.

Once I mistakenly skip my resting period, I don't used to enjoy myself, the whole day, some symptom I do feel are headache and weakness of the body Because my body system is used to resting.

Relaxing refreshing me seriously and helped me in getting inspirational article for blogging and for my other businesses, since I discovered that I don't joke with my resting hours.

And once that time reach I don't observe it, what so ever am doing, I have to stop to take a short naps before continuing with the work, if I force myself on the work, I will end up doing rubbish.
