Welcome to my entry post on LOH Contest #75. And i will be talking on this topic.
What are your thoughts of a "house husband?"
Would you be okay with a relationship where roles were reversed?
Although some men work from home, those involve in tech jobs, affiliate marketing and some other jobs which doesn't require the physical presence of the man at work.
But getting married to a full house husband that doesn't have a job or business and doesn't care to have one, is a big NO for me.
Growing up as a girl, we grew up with this belief that it is the responsibility of a woman to always take care of the house.
This doesn't mean that husband can not help or assist their wife with house chores.
But being a full house husband while the woman work and bring money into the home I do not encourage it.
I have seen some marriages fail because the woman become the bread winner of the family, and the husband loses so much respect in the sight of his wife and extended family. A house husband is also are referred to be lazy or weak.
A woman should be a supporter and roles in relationships should not be reserved.
Everyone is the family have their roles and should work according to them.
The world is revoluting and and i think nothing should be one-sided, wife should also assist their husband in taking care of some bills in the home by doing some businesses.
